25/04/2025The decision has been made. At the gala evening of Winery of the Year 2024, the names of the best domestic winemakers were announced. We can proudly claim victory in the medium-sized winery category. The judges appreciated our winery concept, comprehensive marketing, and especially our vineyards. 25/04/2025Our Pálava, selection of grapes, 2022 already won in the Mikulov sub-region – becoming the winner in the semi-sweet wine category, and now it has advanced with a gold medal to the Wine Salon! The Wine Salon – National Wine Competition of the Czech Republic is the final competition of the National Wine Competition system. Each year, the competition selects the best wine with the title "Champion," as well as "Category Winners" and "Best Collection." The hundred best wines of the competition are awarded the gold medal of the Wine Salon of the Czech Republic. The competition is followed by a year-round public tasting Wine Salon – an exhibition of the best hundred wines, located in the cellar premises of the state château in Valtice. Before the Wine Salon opens in February, you can taste our Pálava directly at the winery or purchase it through our e-shop and enjoy it from the comfort of your home. Medaile

Unlike other wine competitions in the Czech Republic, the status of this competition is based on a comprehensive assessment of wine companies – not only based on wine quality but also on how their business contributes to the elevation, development, and modernization of the wine industry in the given year. We have managed to reach the finals among the top three wineries in the medium-sized winery category (up to 200,000 liters).
