In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), you, as data subjects, are hereby provided with the information below, particularly regarding (i) what personal data we collect, (ii) how we handle this data, (iii) on what legal basis we process personal data and for what purposes we use personal data, (iv) to whom we are authorized to provide this personal data, (v) what are your rights in the area of personal data protection, as well as (vi) where you can obtain information about your personal data that we process.

We hereby ask you to familiarize yourself with the content of this Personal Data Processing Notice ("Notice"). We are ready to answer any questions you may have at the contact email: gotberg@gotberg.cz, or at the address U Sadu 394, 691 27 Popice.

Your personal data is always handled in accordance with applicable legal regulations to ensure its maximum possible security.

We process your personal data to the extent of:
a) identification and contact details: form of address, academic title, first name, surname, identity document details, date of birth, Company ID, VAT ID, residence/registered office/place of business, contact address or place of business, email address, data box ID if applicable, telephone number (landline or mobile phones),
b) other electronic data: IP address, cookies, authentication certificates, or identifiers in various communication platforms (Skype, etc.),
c) records of mutual communication,
d) information about your payments, banking details, history of business relations,

and this is done:

• for the purpose of selling and delivering goods from our e-shop, located at https://www.eshop.gotberg.cz, based on the fulfillment of a contract for a period of 10 years (personal data to the extent specified under letters a), b), c) and d) above),

• for the purpose of exercising and enforcing legal claims, or protecting legal claims, based on the legitimate interests of our company for a period of 10 years (personal data to the extent specified under letters a), b), c) and d) above),

• for the purpose of offering business, services and products, including sending commercial communications, based on legitimate interests for a period of 10 years (personal data to the extent specified under letters a), b) and c) above).

Your personal data may be made available to our employees or other authorized persons if it is necessary for the fulfillment of their work (or similar) duties that require handling personal data. For the purposes of contract fulfillment, personal data is further made available to business partners - suppliers/subcontractors, or processors and/or other processors. Your personal data may also be made available to third parties for other reasons in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

Please note that in connection with the processing of your personal data, you have:

• the right to access personal data,

• the right to rectification and erasure,

• the right to restriction of processing, and

• the right to object to processing in accordance with Article 21(4) of the GDPR.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint about the procedure of our company, as the controller, with the supervisory authority, which in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection.

You also have the right to obtain from our company the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us. Based on your request, our company will provide the data without undue delay in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or, at your request, will provide it to another clearly designated controller. This right does not apply to personal data that is not processed automatically.
